OkAI is committed to establishing the "Switzerland of data and voice packs" by guaranteeing the complete separation of your personal identity from the proprietary operational signals we license to AI laboratories. Our business success hinges on maintaining absolute trust with our frontline workforce and verifiable neutrality with our AI Lab customers.

This policy outlines how we collect, anonymize, and license your data for the exclusive purpose of building smarter AI agents.

I. Data Definitions: Identity vs. Signal

To maintain our neutrality, we strictly separate the two types of information we handle:

II. The OkAI Anonymization Guarantee (The "Switzerland" Seal)

Our core commitment is to ensure that the Licensed AI Signals we share with AI Labs cannot be linked back to your PII. This principle fundamentally differentiates OkAI from talent marketplaces (like Mercor or Turing, which share PII with clients).

1. Irreversible Technical Controls

Before any data is packaged for licensing, we employ Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs) to ensure utility is preserved while identity is destroyed:

• Voice Anonymization: We employ advanced voice conversion techniques to remove the unique biometric identifier of your voice while preserving the linguistic content (what you said), paralinguistic attributes (emotion, emphasis), and acoustic quality. This transformation is irreversible by the AI Lab licensee.
• Cryptographic Pseudonymization: We replace your internal account ID with a one-way cryptographic token. This allows AI Labs to track behavior within the data pack (preserving utility) without any mathematical ability to reverse the token and discover your identity.
• Video and Visual Redaction: Any captured video is processed to redact facial features, unique personal identifiers, and specific location markers that could link the signal to you.
• Location Aggregation: Precise GPS data is never licensed. Location information, if included, is aggregated to the city or metropolitan area level (e.g., "Phoenix, Arizona") to provide contextual utility for the AI model without compromising your specific whereabouts.

2. PII Isolation Enforcement

Your PII is stored in a separate, encrypted pool with access restricted only to essential internal personnel for account management and payment processing. This PII Pool is legally and technically isolated from the Licensed AI Signals pipeline.

III. AI Lab Licensing and Non-Re-identification Covenant

We establish verifiable neutrality by making AI Labs contractually accountable for your privacy.

• Licensed Use Only: Licensed AI Signals are restricted for use exclusively in AI model training, evaluation, and benchmarking (Evals-as-a-Service, RL Gyms).
• The Covenant: Every AI Lab licensee (including Google Gemini and Apple Intelligence) must sign a binding legal agreement, the Non-Re-identification Covenant. This covenant explicitly and contractually prohibits the licensee from attempting, directly or indirectly, to re-identify any worker whose data contributed to the Licensed AI Signals.
• Consequences of Breach: Any violation of the Non-Re-identification Covenant results in the immediate and permanent termination of all data subscriptions (e.g., Nightly delta subscriptions) and is subject to severe financial penalties.

IV. Your Rights and Control Over Your Data

We adhere to global privacy standards, including the core tenets of GDPR and CCPA.

• Explicit Consent: Your contribution of multimodal data for licensing is based on your explicit, informed, and easily revocable consent.
• Right to Access and Correction: You have the right to access and correct your PII stored in the PII Pool at any time.
• Right to Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the full deletion of your account and all associated PII.
• Limitation: You acknowledge that once your Licensed AI Signals have been irreversibly anonymized and incorporated into a data pack that has been licensed and used by an AI Lab to train a model, the removal or reversal of those embedded signals may be technically impossible without breaking the trained model. We will delete all PII upon request, but the irreversibly anonymized signals already licensed may persist in external models.

V. Accountability and Governance

• Privacy-by-Design: Our super-app and data pipeline are engineered with privacy controls embedded by default, ensuring privacy is proactive, not reactive, and supports our core business function.
• Oversight: A dedicated Data Ethics Officer oversees the PII separation, the effectiveness of our anonymization techniques, and the enforcement of the Non-Re-identification Covenant.
• Data Integrity: We commit to ongoing, third-party audits of our data pipeline to verify that our anonymization process remains robust against evolving re-identification techniques.
