Everything OkAI does traces back to seven irreducible truths. If a claim of ours can't be traced to one of these, call us on it.

1. 01 AI systems only get better at a task if they have data about that task.
2. 02 AI is moving into physical-world tasks with no data about physical-world judgment — camera logs and manuals don't contain the moment a human decides.
3. 03 That judgment was never recorded, because no one ever had a reason to record it. It isn't hidden. It doesn't exist.
4. 04 Because it was never recorded, there is nothing to label. This is not annotation — it is the creation of a first record.
5. 05 The only way to capture it is to ask the person at the moment of decision, and record why. There is no shortcut.
6. 06 People don't do this reliably for free. Payment is the mechanism that makes the data keep existing.
7. 07 The data is only worth something if it's true — checked against the regulation and the real outcome.
